特性
IVS-300-S-L-C has been developed primarily for dental applications. The probe head has been designed to be comfortably inserted into the mouth for tooth inspection. A cross polarization technique is used to eliminate strong surface reflections, such as those from tooth enamel, from acquired images. This portable SS-OCT system is finding uses in studies of caries, mineralization and crack formation in teeth.
